Trying to unlock HTC Desire on Vodafone

Hi there, I've gone through the process on the website but when I try to 'get' unlock code it indicates that it is 'NotFound'. I pretty sure I'm not doing anything wrong and the website does say this phone should not be a problem. Can you help?
